I was looking for a knowledgeable cisco repair company and have called four, only to find out that they are no longer in business. I know that cisco may be an older company but there are at least five offices in this building alone that have a used cisco system. I called two of them to see which cisco repair company they use and they told me that they are searching for someone new since it seemed that everyone had gone out of business in the last six months that they had used before.

I decided to get online instead of wasting my time with the phonebook and look up used cisco dealers and cisco repair companies. The good thing about doing it online was that if a company had a site, they were most likely still in business. I found two used cisco dealers who put me in touch with a cisco repair company that was only about forty miles away.

I called to have them come out and look at our routers which were turning themselves off and on at various times during the day. The gentleman informed me that he would be there in less than two hours and that he would bring some used cisco routers with him just in case he could not repair the ones we had.
