The personal trainer directory that I decided to use online did cost a little bit of money but I figured that it would be worth it to find a personal trainer that took the time to make sure that they were on this site. I was shocked to learn that one of my former high school classmates was now a personal trainer. He was one of the scrawniest boys in my class. I always thought that personal trainers were big buff muscle men.

I decided to just go over to the gym that the personal trainer directory said he worked at and see if I recognized him or not. I signed up for a one day membership and then checked the box on the form that said I might be looking to find a personal trainer in the near future. I just kept walking on the treadmill and searching over the people who obviously worked at the gym and then I saw him. There he was and his body had changed a lot but his face was the same. He must have noticed me too, because he smiled and waved. He was probably laughing inside since I am sure my mouth was wide open with disbelief.
