My stepmom just purchased a new apartment complex in our area. Since the building was bought at a very good price, cheap at that, there was a need to choose from an array of facility maintenance contractors to do the painting job. What lacks the building is good painting job that would probably be one of the reasons why it was bought cheap. Other than that, the building is good and in it’s best condition. I did not know that purchasing a building could be that tedious not until my stepmom bought one.  It’s her first attempt in real estate business so she’s keeping her fingers crossed about it. It’s hard to look for good painters these days. And it was good finally because we eventually found a good company who supplies one. Sometimes I think when we are lucky, we are really very lucky. Luck was on our side.

From the short list of painting contractors, we visited one of them online and this one got us. The looked good at what they are doing and they supplied us the best possible information we could get and on top of that, they can do other jobs as well. Repairs and maintenance among others are the jobs that they can do. Imagine the happiness of my stepmom because it was like a one-stop-shop.  The painting was superb and it matched the building’s beautiful façade. The interiors were carefully painted that it looked it will last forever. And the unparalleled courtesy we got from the employees was one of a kind.
