My girlfriend once asked me, which is more important she or my hobby of playing golf? When your girl asks you this question, what are you going to do? I told her that I love her just as I love playing golf (smooth eh?), but she’s not buying. Well the next thing I did was invited her to try the sport as well. At first she was awkward and said that golf is a complicated hobby. I decided then and there that I will teach her to learn to play golf.

During the weekend I gave her personal private lessons (just the two of us of course), and made sure that she understands the basics. Her first few swings was funny and she was very frustrated because she can’t do it right. She almost quitted, but I assured her that she will improve after a few more practice lessons. I gave her golf swing instructions, so that she will be able to hit the ball properly. She was very proud when she managed to land her first ball into a hole after a few swings. I was happy that we she is enjoying the game that I love the most. Who said that you can’t love playing golf and your girlfriend at the same time?
