My daughter and 3 of her friends are having a sleep over next weekend and she has been constantly reminding me to buy her the cutest and most expensive girls pajamas at the teen section of the department store at the mall. She wanted that cami and boxers duo in pink, with little pink butterflies on the strap. I could have bought her that, but I was thinking - maybe there is something else I can buy which is unique, one of a kind and not that costly.

I remember buying my baby boy some footie pajamas online, about a year ago. When I searched for the same site, luckily it was still existing and had expanded a little more. I was a bit excited shopping for Marie. I had to pick the best ensemble for my princess.

I chose a silk cami and boxer set (in pink) which did not cost more than $15. I did not show it to her until the day of the sleep over, but I told her that she would have the best sleeping outfit ever.

An hour before her guests arrived, I handed her the set and she was elated. I love it so much mom, thank you! - oh yeah, she liked it very much and you know what, I heard her friends asking where she bought it coz it’s not at the mall. She answered, Oh my mom knows someone who makes cami and boxers for Megan Fox. Little white lie - that came from me!

When I was given a promotion at work, they did not tell me that I would be taking on the task of ordering all the safety supplies and the janitorial supplies. This would explain why the janitor would always stop into my office and tell me that he was out of something. I was always puzzled by that. Then, one day, my boss came in to ask me why I had not been ordering the janitorial supplies and the safety supplies. It took him all of about two minutes to explain some of my new responsibilities and I was all over it.

Since that day, there has never been anything that the janitor or anyone else has had to tell me to order, I check through the safety supplies and the janitor closet every night and make sure that they are never low on anything.

I just sent out the first office supplies order of the month to our favorite office supply store. We usually try and see who has what on sale and then base our orders off of that. This week, the office supply store that I really like using is having a huge sale and we pretty much needed everything they were having it on.

I like using this particular store for our office supplies because they give us a ten percent discount for using them, since we are only just up the street and the delivery does not really cost them anything. The only time that I use someone else, is if their sale is under the ten percent discount I received with the place down the street.

We have the nicest saleslady that comes in every week and takes our order personally for whatever office supplies we need. She then takes it back to the discount office supplies store and they deliver it. If we need something special and it is not our delivery day, then we just call her and she takes care of it.

I can understand why the discount office supplies store uses her, she knows the business and it is really hard to not like her. I think that she must be about seventy, but she still gets around very well. We have never not gotten something that we ordered from her but one time when she went on vacation, they put someone else in charge of her accounts and our order was completely wrong that week.

She laughed about it when she got back and told me that the poor girl that took her place had been fired since she could not handle the job of what a seventy year old woman does. She is the best office supplies saleswoman that I have ever met and I will be sad to see her go whenever she decides to retire. Of course, she says that I will probably retire before she does.

I want to get my nieces and nephews something for Christmas that they would not only like but something that would be practical. I knew that the temperatures dropped considerably when the snow started flying up there in Minnesota and came up with the idea to get them footie pajamas.

I had to search a few different local stores to find all of the sizes that I had to get. I found all the toddler pajamas that I could ever want but the older kids sizes were proving hard to find. I think that maybe the internet would be a better bet, I know that I have seen sites in the past that have had older kids and even adult sized footie pajamas for sale.

It took me about two hours to find the perfect ones for my niece who is ten years old. I did not want to get some that looked like the toddler pajamas that I had gotten for her younger brother and sister. I wanted some footie pajamas that were warm and fuzzy but also had an older more grown up look to them as well. I found them on a very well known company’s site that also had some adult’s sizes. I decided to go ahead and get some for my sister and her husband. They are kind of like a gag gift but also they might end up wearing them on one of those cold snowy nights this winter.

I was hired on at the local community center office to answer phones and handle ordering. I wondered what kind of ordering that a community center would need besides office supplies, but I soon found out that they also needed everyday things like cleaning products, and office furniture too.

I called and placed my first office supplies order from the place that they had always used and everything went very well. The order was delivered on time and everything that I had ordered was in the box. I then had to order some office furniture but the place that they used to use had closed and I needed to find someone new.

I found a discount office furniture store online and placed my order. That order also came on time and everything was in the order was sent. When I opened the invoice for the discount office furniture, a few days later, there was a catalog of everything that they sold in addition to just furniture. I was happy to see that they also sold office supplies and after comparing their prices to the company that the community center used, the furniture place was a better deal for pretty much everything.

I called my best friend Jill after hearing that her boyfriend had broken up with her and asked her if she wanted to go shopping to take her mind off of everything going on. She said sure and we met downtown to head toward the best stores in the city. I knew that I wanted to buy her something that she would never buy for herself, as a nice gesture.

I took her into this great boutique that I had been in last spring, and she fell in love with almost everything in the store. I told her to pick something out and it would be my treat. She did not argue with me and went directly over to the shoes to try some on. She tried on about four different pairs of Prada shoes and finally decided on a classic pair of black heels. I think that those Prada shoes will never go out of style.

I figured that since I was in the giving mood, I should go ahead and pick out something for myself also. I had always wanted to have a Gucci handbag, but had never wanted to spend the money prior to today. I thought that it was now or never and I chose now. My new Gucci handbag and Jill’s new Prada shoes were two of the most expensive items that I had bought in the last two years but they were worth ever penny.

I was not aware that there were online companies that sold cleaning supplies at wholesale prices. I have always used the same local company and I always wished that someone else would start up a business similar so that we could have a choice for our janitorial products instead of feeling like we had to use this company.

When I came across one of these online companies sites, I started to compare what I pay now and what this company would charge me for the exact same thing and it really started to make me mad. I cannot believe that the company that I have been using can get away with charging me four times the amount of what the wholesaler would. I canceled my order that I had just placed with them and then placed the same exact order with this new online company for all of my cleaning supplies.

When the order arrived about two days later, I realized that I had just saved myself four hundred dollars and this was with just one order. I know that I will defiantly start using this janitorial products company from now on. I am going to have to pass on the name of this company to my other business owning friends.
