Last year, after we had a water line break in the basement, I had to hire a company that specialized in water damage repair. I was not sure who to hire, or even if our insurance company would pay for it yet. I called some MN remodelers that I had used before, to see if they could help me.

The MN remodelers told me that they could help me with the water damage repair, and they would personally call our insurance company to talk over the details of repayment. They came to inspect the damage and told us that they would have to replace most of the drywall on the east side of the basement due to the fact that it was starting to mold. They could treat almost everything else, and they also suggested just cleaning the carpet, but I wanted it replaced. I could not see how it would be safe to keep something that had been wet for so long and could possibly be so contaminated.

Our insurance company paid for the water damage repair, and we just had to come up with our deductible. They worked really well with the MN remodelers that were doing the work for us, and I was relieved when it was all completed. I hope that this never happens again, but if it does, I know who to call for help.

After those kids egged our house last week we had to get a window cleaning done on all of the front windows and the door even had to be repainted totally. I cannot believe would be so stupid to do things like that to us. I see how toilet paper in our trees can be fun for kids, and I can live with cleaning that up but the window deal just cost us a ton of money for the window washing. We also found some eggs smashed on Jenny’s car and we nearly had to have her interior cleaned, but the eggs barely missed her open front windows. I don’t even know how much a car window cleaning would have cost. The kids in our town just really make me mad sometimes. I heard that our schools also have some of the highest dropout rates in the county so that might have something to do with all of the vandalism that occurs. The park down the street has graffiti all over the equipment and the police are over there cleaning all the time. I cannot imagine how much that costs the city and also myself in tax money. I guess I have more to be mad about than my simple window washing bill. That really makes me feel better about the whole situation, I guess. Those kids are so bad.

I had on my favorite funny t shirt at work the other day and my stupid boss told me that it was not appropriate for the work place. I have worn this funny t shirt to all of my other jobs and no one has ever told me that before. I told him that I would not wear it to work anymore, and created my plan to tick him off even more.

I pulled out everyone of my funny t shirt designs that I could find and decided that I would wear a different one every day to just mess with my stuck up boss. The next day, he did not say anything about my funny t shirt I was wearing but he just gave me a look of disapproval.

I decided to wait until the following week to wear another one, because I really needed this job to last for the summer. I was heading off to college in the fall and all of my funny t shirt designs would be going with me then. I ended my wonderful summer job with a week of wearing one funny t shirt at a time. I am sure that I will not be hired back here next year, but that is okay, it was worth it.

Do not ever let anyone tell you what to wear, you are your own person and if you like it, then that is all that matters.

I knew that a friend of mine had recently been on an interview for web designer jobs at a local web design company. I knew a bunch of people who worked for this company and was trying to put in a good word for him with them. Most of them told me that they really did not have much of a say when it came to hiring and firing.

I still kept telling everyone that I knew who worked for the web design company what a great guy he was and that he was very hard working.

I then realized that I knew the vice president of the company and he may be the one to do the hiring for the web designer jobs. His daughter and mine were in the same dance class and we had sat there many times just talking while we were waiting for them to finish. I shot him a quick email and he told me that he appreciated hearing from me in regards to my friend and he would consider everything I had told him during the process of picking the person they would hire.

I heard about three weeks later that he did in fact get the job; I am hoping that my recommendation helped him get it, or he might have gotten hired by the web design company because of his qualifications.

I had just cleaned out my closet and realized that most of my old t shirts were very faded, dirty or stained, or just out of date. I figured that I needed to do some shopping and quickly since I was leaving for vacation in about ten days. I was going to the Bahamas and knew I needed to get some cheap t shirts and fast. I had just bought my whole vacation wardrobe of funny t shirts and did not have to leave the house, how awesome is that? Cheap t shirts are the way to go when you are going on vacation somewhere where it is going to be hot and you want to be comfortable.

I bought a gift for my kids to work on throughout the winter months. I had come across a company that made custom puzzles. I had them create a custom puzzle of the dog we had lost just recently. I wanted them to have great memories while doing this. I also wanted it to take them most of the winter so I had their photo puzzle 2000 pcs sent to them on Thanksgiving Day.

They loved working on it every day. I could hear them telling stories about her and the crazy things she used to do. How she had chewed a hole in the sofa one day and my husband wanted to sell her right away.

One day in March, they called me in to the study to see that their masterpiece was completed. They were all so proud of it. We could not bear to take it apart, so we had it framed at a local frame shop. We look at it every day and smile, thinking about her, and all of the hours that the kids put into making the puzzle. I would recommend getting custom puzzles for anyone you know.

It is very easy to make your own site today online and I will tell you how I managed to create mine using a very easy tool. I first found a nice common blog template from Joomla templates and then I customized every part of the site to exactly what I wanted using the very easy Joomla system and way of creating a site. I think that Joomla web designs are new and recently invented and used as a way of changing sites but the system works very well all the time and I have no problem changing many things at once.

I like the Joomla templates very much and there were many to choose from just for my blog site. They were very professional and nice looking. I could have Joomla web designs in many different forms and I even thought about making another site just because it would be so easy with this way of making the site from scratch. I didn’t even have to learn so much to start using the way of design that Joomla uses and I think that this was a real help since it didn’t take up that much time to get started on every part of the site. I would say that it is the best way of making a website you can find and it is not expensive.

I wanted a brand new office for my new at home Internet business. I was trying my hand at online retail which was a change of pace for me. I figured that my computers and networking system had to be top notch and that I had to have a neat and organized system for all the coax cables and wires that would be connecting everything together. With little overhead otherwise, I wanted to spend some money making my office very efficient and fast. I hired a local computer guy that was good at this type of stuff. He suggested I used several cat 6 patch panels for ease of switching and re-channeling circuits, plus I guess the cat 6 patch panels also give a nice clean look for all the splices in the coax cables and network wires. I told him to do whatever it took to make the office like I wanted it so he did. I think I ended up buying over a thousand feet of coax cables and some three or four cat 6 patch panels plus other various cables, switches, and connectors. I was very clean and organized looking when he was done and that is what I wanted. It was also very fast and efficient so I can’t complain too much about it. I didn’t know cat 6 patch panels could make such a difference compared to how I used to have things set up.
