I would have to say that the party with the glow glasses will be one that is always remembered by me as one of my favorites. Especially since while we were watching the movie, my dad had snuck outside and jumped up in the window behind the television to scare us while wearing his glow glasses.

I am hoping that I can come up with fun and unique party ideas when I have kids of my own. I will borrow some from my mother, but also hope to make new ones along the way.

When looking for a good printer to help with our wedding invitations, my fiancé and I found that there were only two printing companies in this entire city and neither of them had great reputations. We ended up hand printing our invitations ourselves.

We had both studied art in college and knew that we probably could open a printing studio and make it a success. We found a huge building that had enough room for the printing machines, and also had enough room for a great office area. He came over to our apartment to start the pre approval process of applying for a commercial mortgage. He went over everything we needed to know, including the current mortgage rates and with them, figured how much we could probably afford. The building that we found was priced within the amount he thought we could get.

After filling out all the necessary paperwork for the commercial mortgage, we waited for two weeks before hearing anything back. When our friend called us and congratulated us on becoming business owners, we knew that we had been approved for the commercial mortgage.

Since the mortgage rates had not changed since we filled out the application, we were not surprised at the amount of our payments when we signed our loan papers at the closing. It was exactly what we thought it would be.
